abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A bearing sealing plate is manufactured using only a lower die or no die at all, is thin and inexpensive, and is similar to the conventional high precision sealing plate. It has a sealing effect and can be used in the field of use of conventional inexpensive sealing plates. [Structure] A reinforcing plate 13 made of a metal or a synthetic resin is placed on a mold 11 having an annular recess 12 on the surface thereof to form a recess 1 2, the liquid material 14 for the elastic body 14a is injected, and the liquid material 14 is brought into contact with the edge portion or the edge portion and the surface of the reinforcing plate 13. The adhered liquid material 14 is dried or crosslinked to be solidified, and the elastic body 14a made of the solidified liquid material 14 is fixed to the reinforcing plate. Without using the mold 11, the reinforcing plate 13 is directly immersed in the liquid material 14, or the discharge port of the discharger 15 of the liquid material 14 is opposed to the edge of the reinforcing plate, and the liquid material 14 is discharged. Liquid material 1 on the edge of the reinforcing plate 13 4 may be attached.
