(57) [Summary] [Structure] A DNA molecule encoding an interleukin-12 receptor, a vector containing the DNA molecule, a host cell transformed with the vector, and a low-affinity interface encoded by the DNA molecule. A leukin-12 receptor protein, an antibody against the protein, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the protein or the antibody. [Effect] The purified interleukin-12 receptor protein and its antibody are useful as therapeutic agents and diagnostic agents. |
