(57) [Summary] [Structure] A sampling kit for collecting tears containing a liquid that is well tolerated by the eye and an adsorbent material molded for sampling, and a specific volume of the liquid that is well tolerated by the eye. A method for obtaining tear fluid, which comprises collecting a specific volume of tear fluid applied to the surface of the eye or inside the conjunctival sac, and for measuring the tear fluid components of the tear fluid thus obtained. And use for the diagnosis of measured component values. [Effects] Qualitative analysis of the components in the isolated tear fluid by enabling rapid tear fluid collection with a gentle method that does not damage the eyes and by enabling the collection of a specific volume of tear fluid. And a high degree of reproducibility in quantitative measurements is achieved. |
