abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Polyglycerin with a degree of polymerization of 5 to 20 and 8 carbon atoms Polyglycerin fatty acid ester consisting of esterified product with fatty acid of 10 to 10, (a-2) sucrose and 10 to 10 carbon atoms Surfactant mixture containing sucrose fatty acid ester consisting of monoester with 14 fatty acids in a weight ratio of 95/5 to 5/95: 0.1 to 20% by weight, organic acid or alkali metal salt thereof: Solubilizer mixture containing 11 to 30% by weight, polyhydric alcohol such as propylene glycol and glycerin, and (c-2) ethanol in a weight ratio of 0.5 or more and less than 1.5: 0.1 to 25 A neutral liquid detergent composition containing a weight% of a food-grade antibacterial agent. [Effect] High detergency, foamability, pH stability, microbial stability, sterilization and liquid stability can be obtained, and the human body and environmental safety are excellent.
