titleOfInvention | Method for producing phosphinylcarboxylic acid |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] An organic dichlorophosphine and (meth) acrylic acid are reacted to form phosphonylcarbonyl chloride, which is then hydrolyzed to give a phosphinylcarboxylic acid of the general formula 3. In the production of, the hydrolysis is carried out in the presence of an oxidizing agent, or an oxidation treatment is carried out after the hydrolysis. (R 1 is an alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. [Effect] A highly pure, non-coloring phosphinylcarboxylic acid can be industrially advantageously produced. This compound is an extremely useful raw material for industrial intermediates of organic phosphorus compounds, reactive flame retardants, and the like. |
