abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] General formula [Chemical formula 1] (In the formula, ring A represents a benzene ring which may further have a substituent, R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and each represents a group forming an anion or a group capable of changing to it, X 1 Indicates that the phenylene group and the phenyl group are bonded directly or via a spacer having an atomic chain of 2 or less, and n represents an integer of 1 or 2. A method for converting the nitro group at the 3-position into an amino group by using a stannous halide or a stannous salt of an inorganic acid for the compound represented by the formula (1) in the presence of an inorganic acid. [Effect] By the method of the present invention, a compound useful as a synthetic intermediate for a drug can be industrially produced safely in high yield. |
