titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing permanent buried formwork for highly durable concrete
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An embedded formwork can be easily manufactured, and has higher durability, that is, excellent weather resistance, and has high strength. [Structure] The method for producing a permanent buried formwork for concrete of the present invention comprises kneading a mixture of cement, fiber and water, extruding the obtained kneaded product, and then curing the obtained molded product at high temperature and high pressure. Which has a porosity of 10% to 25% and a bending strength of 8 MPa or more. Formwork material is 80% cement .About.99% by weight and 20% by weight to 1% by weight of fiber, and the fiber is at least one selected from inorganic natural fibers, organic natural fibers or synthetic fibers. Further, the back surface of the mold is formed in an uneven shape. 1, 1 is a buried formwork, Reference numeral 11 is a convex portion, and 12 is a concave portion.
