titleOfInvention Oxide superconductor and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel T'-type superconductor having a critical temperature Tc of up to 30 K and a Tc higher than that of the conventional T'-type, and a synthesis method thereof. The structure is represented by the general formula (La 1-x Ce x ) 2 CuO 4 (wherein x represents a number in the range of 0 to 1), and the crystal structure of the Cu oxide is T ′ type Nd 2 An oxide superconductor having the same crystal structure as CuO 4 and a method for producing the same. [Effect] An oxide superconductor having Tc = 30K and the highest critical temperature among T'-type copper oxide superconductors can be obtained and can be easily synthesized.
