titleOfInvention Solid material surface modification method and solid material surface modification apparatus
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The purpose is to modify the surface of solid materials such as plastics, rubber, cloth, metals, semiconductors, ceramics, wood, animals and plants in a short time with a small-scale device. And A dielectric barrier discharge lamp provided with a dielectric capable of transmitting ultraviolet light, a gas atmosphere for dielectric barrier discharge arranged on one side thereof, and a first electrode; and the other of the dielectrics. A second electrode arranged on the side, a processing fluid supply means for supplying a processing fluid between the dielectric and the second electrode, and an AC high voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode. It is characterized by comprising a power supply device for applying a high voltage or a DC pulse high voltage, and forming a modified region of the surface of the solid material between the dielectric and the second electrode.
