abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a composition for labeling a nucleic acid fragment. The labeling composition of the present invention comprises a cross-linked strand and first and second strands hybridized adjacent to the cross-linked strand, the first labeled strand being a target double-stranded DNA sequence or a label. And a second adapter strand that hybridizes to the cross-linked strand provides a cohesive or blunt end with the cross-linked strand. [Effect] The restriction recognition site is deleted by binding to the restriction double-stranded DNA fragment. |
