abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Toner resin that has excellent offset resistance, low-temperature fixing property, and blocking resistance, and that provides a sufficiently stable image even when copying under severe conditions such as high temperature and high humidity. Compositions and toners are provided. The toner resin composition comprises a low molecular weight vinyl polymer component and a high molecular weight vinyl polymer component, wherein the low molecular weight polymer component has a molecular weight of 2 × 10 3 to A high molecular weight polymer having a maximum of the molecular weight distribution in the region of 4 × 10 4 , a glass transition point of 50 ° C. or more, and a styrene type monomer component content of 70% by weight or more. The component has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more or a gel fraction of 20% by weight or more, a glass transition point of 0 to 50 ° C., and a (meth) acrylic acid ester-based monomer component content of 60% by weight or more.
