abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The inside of the object to be measured can be measured with high accuracy without being affected by the difference in the material and surface emissivity of the object to be measured or the unevenness. To realize a nondestructive inspection method that enables continuous detection of defects. An infrared sensor 16 of an infrared thermograph device is arranged inside a hollow tube 11 made of an infrared transmitting material having a high emissivity layer 12 on the surface, and the high emissivity layer 12 has a surface temperature of an object to be measured 1. The distribution is transferred, and as a result, the surface temperature distribution of the DUT 1 is measured using an infrared thermograph device through the hollow tube 11 made of an infrared transmitting material, and from this surface temperature distribution, the inside of the DUT 1 is measured. A non-destructive inspection device suitable for in-line defect detection that continuously detects defects. |
