titleOfInvention Electric iron nickel alloy plating bath
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Electric iron-nickel alloy plating containing ferrous chloride and nickel chloride as the main components of the electric iron-nickel alloy plating bath in which the precipitation of ferric hydroxide in the plating bath was suppressed as much as possible. The purpose is to provide a bath. [Composition] In an electric iron-nickel alloy plating bath containing ferrous chloride and nickel chloride as main components, malonic acid is present in a proportion of 0.005 to 2.5 mol per 1 mol of ferrous ion present in the bath. At least one selected from the group consisting of ion, oxalate ion, succinate ion, glutarate ion, and adipate ion is allowed to coexist. [Effect] The precipitation of ferric hydroxide in the iron-nickel alloy plating bath can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to prevent ferric hydroxide from being mixed in the plating film, and using this plating bath, an iron-nickel alloy plating film having a good appearance and excellent electrical and mechanical reliability can be obtained.
