abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Fe-Ni with excellent plating and punching properties. To stably provide a cold-rolled alloy sheet. [Composition] Ni: 30 to 45 wt%, Mn: 0.2 to 0.8 wt%, Al: 0.003 to 0.030 wt%, S: 0.0008 to 0.005 wt%, the balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the inevitable impurities are Si ≦ 0.25 wt%, Cr ≦ 0.1 wt%, C ≦ 0.010 wt%, N ≦ 0.006 wt%, P ≦ 0.005 wt%, O ≦ 0.005 wt% and non-metallic inclusions: CaO ≤ 5 wt% Al as the remaining component 2 O 3 , MgO or one containing Al 2 O 3 -MgO, and the non-metallic inclusions in the cold-rolled sheet have a morphology of inclusions having an average diameter of 10 μm. The distribution of inclusions having an average diameter of 6 to 10 μm is controlled to 100 or less per 100 mm 2 , and the distribution of inclusions having an average diameter of 6 μm or less is controlled to 10 or more per 100 mm 2 .
