abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To prepare a monoclonal antibody against de-N-acetyl G M2 . [Structure] De-N-acetyl G M2 was chemically synthesized (Japanese Patent Application No. 4-173148), mice were immunized with the synthesized de-N-acetyl G M2 , and spleen cells of the immunized mice were immunized. Is taken out and fused with myeloma to prepare a hybridoma. Then, the prepared hybridoma was cloned to establish hybridoma DM2-3 (Life Science Accession No. FERM P-13961). Then, a monoclonal antibody is prepared using this hybridoma DM2-3.
