A highly sensitive quantitative determination method for tyramine, which comprises measuring an amplification reaction product such as hydrogen peroxide that is amplified and produced by a reaction. [Effects] The method for quantifying tyramine according to the present invention is capable of quantifying tyramine with high sensitivity without performing inaccuracy and complicated operation of the conventional paper chromatography method and complicated maintenance of high performance liquid chromatography method. It can be performed. Therefore, it has become possible to carry out the quantification of tyramine as a daily work easily, in a short time, with high sensitivity and accuracy.
