abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A weight average molecular weight obtained by co-condensing allylnaphthols with phenols substituted with an alkyl group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms and aldehydes is from 300 to 2000. Allylnaphthol co-condensate of. [Effect] The allylnaphthol cocondensate of the present invention has a low melting point and melt viscosity, and is excellent in workability. Also, When used as a curing agent for an epoxy resin, the obtained epoxy resin cured product has a high glass transition temperature, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and cracks are less likely to occur in the package even during soldering.
