[Effect] High stability after preparation of radioactive metal complex, rapid uptake of brain and heart after administration, appropriate retention time after uptake, good clearance from liver, low blood level after in vivo administration and hepatobiliary system. Thus, it has become possible to provide a compound for brain and heart imaging of mammals including humans, which has the property of being rapidly excreted in feces via
