abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a highly functional cosmetic product by fermenting ume fruit juice to further improve the excellent properties of conventional ume. [Structure] A sugar composed of honey is added to ume juice sterilized using a sterilizing filter filtration method, and this is fermented with yeast to increase the amount of amino acids, and then the molecular weight of 5,000 or more is cut by ultrafiltration. It is obtained by removing the protein by the method described above, and is characterized in that it is a cosmetic comprising a fermented liquid of plum juice, which has a high function of moisturizing and tensioning human skin.
