abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide an elastomer composition having excellent transparency, flexibility, mechanical strength, heat resistance, impact resilience, and moldability. [Structure] (a) Hydrogenation of a conjugated diene polymer is performed so that at least 80% of double bonds in the conjugated diene moiety are saturated. It contains 99 to 1% by weight of a hydrogenated diene polymer having a number average molecular weight of 50,000 to 700,000, (b) an α-olefin unit having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and an α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid unit. And 1 to 99% by weight of the ionomer resin in which at least a part of the carboxyl groups in the unsaturated carboxylic acid unit is neutralized with a metal ion (C) 0 to 70% by weight of the polyolefin resin (however, (A) + ( (B) + (c) = 100% by weight)
