titleOfInvention Surface treatment agent for vulcanized rubber
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A surface treatment agent for vulcanized rubber which is obtained by adding a dispersion liquid of a polyolefin resin to liquid polybutadiene or its hydroxyl group-containing substance, and is satisfactory in terms of abrasion resistance, peeling resistance and slipperiness. The thing which can form a surface treatment layer is provided. [Structure] (a) An organic solvent dispersion of a polyolefin resin containing about 15 to 150 parts by weight as a solid content per 100 parts by weight of a total of 100 parts by weight of a hydroxyl group-containing material of liquid polybutadiene and a polybutadiene isocyanate group-containing material as a curing agent thereof. The surface-treating agent for vulcanized rubber containing (1) or (b) liquid polybutadiene or its hydroxyl group-containing material is added to the organic solvent dispersion or aqueous dispersion of about 15 to 150 parts by weight as a solid content per 100 parts by weight of the organic solvent. A surface treatment agent for vulcanized rubber added together with an oxide curing agent and an organic acid metal salt catalyst.
