Method for separating amino terminal peptide of protein |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for separating an N-terminal peptide of an N-terminal blocked protein which is versatile and easy to operate. [Structure] A step of fragmenting a protein whose amino terminal is blocked, and the obtained fragmentation product is allowed to act on an adsorbent that specifically adsorbs an amino group, so that only the amino group-containing fragment is adsorbed to the adsorbent. Provided is a method for separating an amino-terminal peptide of an amino-terminal blocked protein, which comprises the steps of: and a step of recovering an amino-terminal fragment not adsorbed to the adsorbent. |
