abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] 3-phenyl-5-butyrylisoxazole, pyrrolidine, and formalin were reacted in an alcohol solvent, and the reaction mixture was separated from racemic 3-phenyl-5- {2- ( 1-Pyrrolidinylmethyl) butyryl} isoxazole or a salt thereof is not isolated, but a water-immiscible organic solvent is added to extract the compound, and the organic solvent layer is washed with water, if necessary. (+)-3-phenyl-5- {2- (1-pyrrolidinylmethyl) butyryl} isoxazole and an optically active sulfonic acid is added to the organic solvent layer for optical resolution after dehydration. Method for producing the salt [Effect] It can be resolved with high yield and high optical purity while simplifying the process.
