(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a carrier for a physiologically active peptide composition and a physiologically active peptide composition in which the physiologically active peptide is uniformly dispersed and adhered to the carrier. [Structure] A carrier for nasal drug absorption consisting of hydroxyapatite having an average particle size of 250 µm or less. An insulin composition, wherein an effective dose of a physiologically active peptide is uniformly dispersed and adhered to a carrier made of hydroxyapatite having an average particle size of 250 μm or less. Such a composition is used as a powder composition for nasal administration. |
