The present invention relates to a fire-resistant composite board that can be used as, and is lightweight and has mechanical strength. [Structure] A core material 3 formed integrally by foaming and hardening by mixing an inorganic material such as aluminum hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, graphite, calcium silicate or calcium carbonate into a phenol foam resin between the face materials 1 and 2. It is a fireproof composite plate α. |
