B is a brown mirror-light type compound made of a metal and B is a trivalent metal having an ionic radius of 1 angstrom or less. [Effect] This compound has a large amount of oxygen deficiency, and it is possible to obtain a solid electrolyte utilizing the function of this oxygen deficiency. It can be expected to be applied to various electronic materials such as batteries and gas sensors.
