titleOfInvention | A-site substituted brown mirror light type compound |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Represented by the general formula A 2 B 2 O 5 , A is a metal having a valence of 3 and a metal having a valence of 1 and the average valence of both is divalent. B is a brown mirror-light type compound made of a metal and B is a trivalent metal having an ionic radius of 1 angstrom or less. [Effect] This compound has a large amount of oxygen deficiency, and it is possible to obtain a solid electrolyte utilizing the function of this oxygen deficiency. It can be expected to be applied to various electronic materials such as batteries and gas sensors. |
