abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Traditionally, drink coffee to wake up in the morning. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make coffee porridge by adding coffee to a mixture of easily digestible porridge and milk. Another object of the present invention is to ingest fat and protein from the milk component of the coffee porridge of the present invention and carbohydrate from grains such as rice. [Structure] The present invention provides a coffee porridge made into a porridge by mixing coffee components such as coffee liquor, coffee powder and coffee granules, livestock milk components such as milk and edible grain components such as rice. In addition, the present invention firstly mixes livestock milk such as milk and edible grains such as rice into a porridge, and then the porridge-like food contains coffee liquid, coffee powder, coffee granules, or the like.
