(57) [Summary] [Structure] A method for finely encapsulating an oil emulsion containing an orally administrable drug using a water-soluble polymer having a metal chelating ability and biocompatibility as a capsule substance, wherein the drug is treated with strongly acidic gastric juice. While protecting the emulsion and inhibiting drug release, the oil emulsion can be easily released from the fine capsule material in the small intestine. [Effects] The drug delivery system manufactured by the present invention can reduce the burden and damage to the stomach, prevent the destruction of the drug in gastric juice, and also the destruction of the drug by the liver preferential passage metabolic process to the lymph absorption.
