[Structure] A granular ceramics catalyst 14 made of antibacterial ceramics or the like is mixed in a sandbox 15, and a peroxide aqueous solution such as hydrogen peroxide diluted with acidic ionized water such as acidic electrolyzed water is injected into the sandbox 15. It is characterized by spraying ozone water. Furthermore, after spraying ozone water, the porous material such as zeolite is impregnated with an extract of citrus fruits, and granular repellent sand which has been heat-dried is sprayed.
