titleOfInvention | Radiation curable coating composition |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Radiation that does not contain much solvent, has the function of forming a network structure, does not make the coating film brittle after curing, and has good adhesion to the adherend material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable coating composition [Structure] An emulsion of an active amino group-containing polyurethane is prepared, and a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing isocyanate compound is reacted with this emulsion to introduce a polymerizable unsaturated group into a polyurethane skeleton. A radiation-curable polyurethane aqueous dispersion is obtained, and a photosensitizer is added to this to obtain a radiation-curable coating composition. [Effect] Since the polyurethane skeleton contained in the emulsion has a polymerizable unsaturated group, it is possible to form a dense network structure by irradiation with radiation, even if there is an aqueous emulsion that does not contain many solvents. The coating film after curing does not become brittle, and the adhesion to the adherend material becomes good. |
