abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] In a method for copolymerizing an olefin and an α-ω diene having a vinyl group at both ends using a catalyst comprising a metallocene compound and an activator, (1) the metallocene compound and the activator (2) a catalyst containing polypropylene obtained by contacting propylene with a catalyst in a solvent that does not substantially dissolve polypropylene to form particles of the catalyst containing 1 to 10000 g of polypropylene per metallocene compound. The concentration of α-ω diene in the particles of 0.1 mol / liter or less, olefin and α- A method for producing an olefin copolymer, which comprises copolymerizing while maintaining the molar ratio of ω diene at 50 or more. [Effect] When used as a physical property improver for polyolefins, a molded article having an excellent balance of rigidity and impact resistance can be obtained as compared with conventionally known propylene, ethylene and diene copolymers. |
