abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention is directed to static electricity generated in the process of forming a heat insulating material in a foaming jig for manufacturing a heat insulating box using a combustible hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane as a foaming agent. This is to prevent the foaming agent from exploding due to the triboelectric charging that occurs when the heat insulating box body moves in and out of the jig. [Constitution] The conductive material 3 is formed on the wall surface of the inner jig 3 of the foaming jig 1. A is used to ground through the bottom plate 2 to prevent generation of static electricity.
