titleOfInvention | Hot moxibustion |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A sufficient amount of heat is applied to the skin to perform moxibustion. In addition, the time when the heat begins to act is shortened and the time when the heat acts is kept long to obtain a high moxibustion effect. A moxibustion device is formed by including a heat generating portion that generates heat for warm moxibustion and a warmth imparting layer for the skin. The warmth imparting layer contains a vanillyl alkyl ether represented by the following general structural formula (wherein R is an alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms) as a warmth imparting substance.
