abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a liquid reagent for measuring amylase activity which is stable in storage. [Structure] 3-ketobutylidene-β-2-chloro-4- Nitrophenyl maltopentaoside (B-G5-β- Β-2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl maltotrioside (or maltoside) produced by amylase from CNP) was converted to 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol with α- and β-glucosidase, and the increase amount was measured. The first reagent containing B-G5-β-CNP (p H4-7) and an α- and β-glucosidase-containing second reagent (pH 6-8), and Ca 2+ and chloride ions are present in the first and / or second reagent. [Effect] It can be stored in liquid form stably for a long period of time, and can be directly applied to an automatic analyzer or the like without the need of dissolving operation in use.
