After making the carotenoid pigment of (1) finer, it is dispersed by using one or more of an emulsifier, a thickening stabilizer and a food material having an emulsion stabilizing effect, and a red colorant powdered by spray drying, freeze drying, etc. is used. A method of coloring chewing gums red. [Effect] Colored chewing gums exhibit a clear red color with excellent heat and light resistance. |
