(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a high quality and well-shaped shoe skin and a production method for stably producing the same. [Composition] A shoe skin characterized by containing water-soluble hemicellulose, and a method for producing shoe skin, characterized by incorporating water-soluble hemicellulose into a shoe skin formulation. [Effect] The texture, flavor and color tone are excellent, and the volume is good, and a well-shaped shoe skin can be stably obtained. |
