(57) [Summary] [Structure] A polyimide precursor composition containing a polyamic acid and a so-called Pluronic type surfactant as main components. [Effects] The present invention is configured as described above, and according to the polyimide precursor composition, the formed coating film has good adhesion to the sealing resin and the surfactant has a low foaming property. The coating film has the property that coating defects and undulations are unlikely to occur, and there is no orange peel or edge rise. |
