abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] As for water used in daily life, such as tap water and well water, various effects such as cleaning, sterilization and antibacterial effects such as surface activating action, cooling action and internal activating action are obtained. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a device for converting the water into purified activated water. [Structure] Soft water generator 1 containing ion exchange resin 32 0, 12, an ion generator containing a tourmaline mixture 46 containing tourmaline and aluminum oxide, and a rock storage container containing a rock 54 containing negative ions are sequentially connected in series, and the ion exchange resin 32 and tourmaline are connected. Mixture 4 Water is passed through 6 and the rock 54 having negative electrons in this order.
