(57) [Summary] [Constitution] Milk whey is adjusted to pH 4 to 6 and brought into contact with an anion exchanger in which a weakly basic exchange group is introduced into a hydrophilic resin matrix to obtain an alkali metal salt or alkaline earth metal. A sialic acid-binding peptide is separated from milk whey by passing a solution of a metal salt. [Effect] Separation is performed very efficiently. |
