abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for completely removing a slight resist residue without roughening the surface of a lead frame. [Structure] A method in which a resist is stripped using an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, and then the resist residue is stripped using a mixed aqueous solution of potassium permanganate and sodium hydroxide.
