titleOfInvention | Method of manufacturing color filter for liquid crystal display |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for producing a color filter which is stable and has a large degree of freedom in color in an electrodeposition method which is easy to produce. [Structure] As a base polymer, a polyester colored with a dye or a pigment, containing an unsaturated acid or an unsaturated glycol as one component of a monomer, and having an ionic group in the range of 20 to 1000 eq / ton is used as a base polymer. An aqueous dispersion of fine particles containing a monomer having at least one group capable of reacting with the base polymer, a photoinitiator for polymerizing the monomer, and a sensitizer for sensitizing the initiator in the base polymer. The body is used as an electrodeposition solution. |
