abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To reduce the number of test pads and the number of wirings required for analog module circuit testing. As a result, the design efficiency and test efficiency of a large-scale integrated circuit device having an analog module and a digital module mounted together are improved, and the cost reduction thereof is promoted. [Structure] A decoder for receiving test point selection signals IS0 to ISj and OS0 to OSk in analog modules AM1 to AM3 mounted on a large-scale integrated circuit device LSI and a common test node, that is, a test signal input terminal T. a test point selection circuit including a complementary gate which is provided between in or the test signal output terminal Tout and each test point and which is selectively turned on according to the corresponding output signal of the decoder, and the test signal input terminal A test point selection function for selectively connecting Tin or the test signal output terminal Tout and a designated test point therein is provided.
