(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a monoclonal antibody useful for diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as human leukemia, lymphoma, and immune disease, a method for producing the same, and a diagnostic and therapeutic kit containing these monoclonal antibodies. [Structure] Three kinds of monoclonal antibodies that recognize an extracellular epitope of a unique heterodimer glycoprotein complex consisting of human mb-1 protein and human B29 protein are provided. The monoclonal antibody is one or more leukemias selected from the group consisting of B prolymphocytic leukemia cells, B non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cells, B chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells, B hair cell leukemia cells, and B acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. Reacts with lymphoma cell specimens. |
