titleOfInvention Continuous molding method for resin plate
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a continuous molding method of a resin plate that does not require a spacer supply device or a recycling device and can improve the thickness accuracy of the resin plate. [Structure] A strip-shaped film is individually fed along two spacers 30 and 31 stretched in parallel on a support plate 3, and each spacer is covered by passing through an end folding device. The spacers are sandwiched between strip-shaped films 20 and 21 stretched in parallel vertically, and the widthwise edges of the upper and lower strip-shaped films 20 and 21 are gripped, and the spacers are provided together with the strip-shaped films 38 and 39 covering the spacers. It is characterized in that the resin compound R is moved along 30 and 31, and the resin compound R is injected between the moving upper and lower belt-shaped films 20 and 21 to be cured to continuously form a resin plate.
