abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide an industrial manipulator in which damage to the device is prevented and the operability is improved. A plurality of arms are rotatably connected by a rotary shaft joint, and a hand device 37 is attached to a wrist arm 34 via a rotary shaft 36. The hand device 37 is mounted on the rotary shaft of the wrist arm 34. 36 is supported by a 5-axis motor 38 infinitely rotatably, and a pair of hands 52, 53 can be opened and closed by air cylinders 54 and 55, and a buffer mechanism 51 having a predetermined degree of freedom in the vertical and horizontal directions is interposed between the hand device 37 and the wrist arm 34.
