Antiviral protein gene from Phytolacca insularis reindeer and microorganism expressing it |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] The present invention provides a novel antiviral protein (PIP) gene in a cDNA library purely isolated from leaves of Korean Phytolaccainsularis Nakai and a foreign gene Gene expression vector for antiviral protein produced by inserting into expression-enabling vector, transformant transformed with this expression vector, and method for producing antiviral protein by culturing this transformant Regarding [Effect] An antiviral protein having biological activity can be more easily produced by producing a transformed microorganism in which an antiviral protein is produced and expressed using the vector of the present invention. As a matter of course, it can be used for production of immunoconjugates used for treatment of AIDS and the like. |
