titleOfInvention Method for producing rare earth oxide phosphor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of producing a large-particle rare-earth oxide phosphor by promoting the growth of phosphor particles without damaging the crucible. [Structure] General formula (Ln 1-x Ln ′ x ) 2 O 3 (Ln: Y, Gd, Lu, La, Ln ': Eu, Tb, Er, P r, Sm, Dy, Ho, Tm, 10 −4 ≦ x <2 × 1 0 -1 ), a halide of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal, and boric acid or a borate together with a silicon oxide are filled in a heat-resistant container and fired, and the rare earth oxide fluorescence is obtained. It is a body manufacturing method.
