Aqueous blocked isocyanate composition characterized by containing a water-based blocked isocyanate and a quaternary ammonium compound. [Effect] The present invention has good water dilutability and thermosetting property, and provides a coating film appearance after hot water treatment. It is possible to provide a water-based blocked isocyanate composition which is excellent and is particularly useful for precoat metal, can manufacturing, and automobile coating. |
