titleOfInvention | Elastic modulus invariant laminate |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A polymer material that exhibits a negative change in elastic modulus with temperature rise is dehydrated with a polymer gel that exhibits a volume phase transition due to temperature change in water to a water content of 35% by weight or less. An elastic modulus-invariant laminated body formed by laminating elastic modulus-variable materials that exhibit a positive elastic modulus change with increasing temperature. According to the present invention, an elastic modulus invariant material whose elastic modulus hardly changes with temperature change is provided. The elastic modulus-invariant material of the present invention is a laminate of a polymer gel and a polymer material, is easy to manufacture, and is excellent in processability and economy. Further, since an expensive metal such as a shape memory metal is not used, fatigue due to repeated vibrations is eliminated and durability is excellent. Therefore, it is particularly useful for automobile parts for energy absorption and vibration isolation such as dampers, shock absorbers, and engine mounts. |
