(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To improve the support ability without increasing the thickness. [Structure] A plate-shaped soft part (2) formed by foaming a resin stock solution in a frame, and integrally molded inside the soft part (2) and having the same quality as the soft part (2) and a resin density higher than that of the soft part (2). It consists of a high hard part 3. The hard portion 3 is formed by impregnating a slab urethane foam material of the same quality as the soft portion 2 with a part of the urethane resin stock solution for forming the soft portion 2 and curing the same. |
